Alien Engineering M5X adjustable cam timing blocks

3d printed cam adjustment blocks for M42, M50, M52, S50us, S52, M54 engines.
 
Works just like the factory timing blocks but have built in angle for 0-26 degrees of advance or retard. They are reversible, one side advances the cam, turn it 180 degrees to retard the cam.
 
The non vanos blocks are for installing a non vanos intake cam into the exhaust side of the head for a cheap upgrade over M50 cams.
 
Some common setups that have been proven to work well
 
M54B30 intake cam = 8 degrees advance for 2.5L, 4 degrees advance for 2.8 or 3.0L (huge gains above 5500 rpm compared to M50 or M52 intake cam, no bottom end loss with vanos)
 
M50B25NV intake cam = 10 degrees retard (more top end, some low rpm torque loss)
 
M50B25NV intake cam = 16 degrees retard (max top end, lots of low rpm torque loss)
 
M50B25NV intake cam as exhaust cam = 101 deg (proven setting for almost all combinations)
 
M50B20NV intake cam as exhaust cam = 96 deg
S50B30us cams = 0 degrees intake, 12 degrees retard exhaust (gains in midrange torque)
 
S52B32 cams = 4 degrees advance intake, 12 degrees retard exhaust (gains in midrange torque)
